Art and Music Kits

Welcome to the Library of Things, a collection of non-traditional items available for checkout. Discover tools and materials to help you explore, learn, create, and connect.

The Fine Print:

  • Most kits may be borrowed for 21 days, no renewals, with a max of 3 per card.
  • Audio-Visual Equipment may be borrowed for 7 days, 1 renewal, with a max of 3 per card.
  • Borrower must be an ALC card holder with an account in good standing.
  • Kits are meant to only be used by adults or under adult supervision.
  • Use at your own risk.
  • Kits must be picked up at and returned to the Kenai Community Library Main Desk.
  • The kit will remain on borrower’s account until a staff member is able to check kit condition.
  • Fines may be issued for both missing/damaged kit parts or for the loss/damaging of the whole kit.
  • Some items may require a deposit, signed form, or signed waiver before checkout.
