One of the City of Kenai's greatest assets is its land inventory. The City of Kenai manages  over 300 properties, including land on and around the Kenai Municipal Airport, the commercial air transportation gateway to the Kenai Peninsula and Cook Inlet.

The City of Kenai has a number of land policies that encourage responsible growth and development to support a thriving business, residential, recreational and cultural community, including incentives for development that allow for no lease payments for up to five years.

For more information on how these incentives may work for your business, contact the Planning & Zoning Office at 907-283-8235 or lmitchell@kenai.city.
