2026 City of Kenai Land Sale - Beaver Loop Acres Gravel Resource Parcels
The City of Kenai will hold a public sealed bid auction on Friday, March 6, 2026, for four Beaver Loop Road parcels containing sand and gravel resources. These parcels range in size from approximately 23.8 to 28.6 acres. Sale is by sealed bid, cash only, and each parcel will be conveyed by Quitclaim Deed “as is, where is,” with gravel extraction requiring a Conditional Use Permit under City code. One of the City of Kenai's greatest assets is its land inventory. The City of Kenai manages over 300 properties, including land on and around the Kenai Municipal Airport, the commercial air transportation gateway to the Kenai Peninsula and Cook Inlet.
