If approved by the Kenai City Council, the City grants Special Use Permits for the non-exclusive use of City-owned land. The maximum time period for use of City-owned land under a Special Use Permit is one year. There are typically liability insurance requirements for the use of City-owned land.

To request a Special Use Permit, complete the Special Use Permit Application Form and pay the application fee.
