Kenai Commission members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council.
If you are interested in serving on a Commission, please submit a completed application to the City Clerk, 210 Fidalgo, Kenai, Alaska, 99611 or cityclerk@kenai.city. Applications will be accepted until all vacancies are filled.
You may complete our online application or paper applications are available from the Office of the City Clerk and can be submitted by email to cityclerk@kenai.city or dropped off to the Office of the City Clerk in City Hall. For more information, please contact the Clerk’s Office at 283-8231.

All boards and commissions are created by the City Council and consist of seven members who are nominated by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council from applications submitted to the City Clerk. Appointments are for three year terms.
