Online Bill Pay

We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online bill payment systems.  When you sign up for online bill payment you get a unique password that you use to access your personal account at XpressBillPay.com. Every month you will receive a reminder e-mail to let you know when your bill is online.

Then, just log in through your Web browser and view your bill. Select a payment type — credit card, debit card, or eCheck — enter the information, and you’re done!  You can also set up automatic payments through Xpress Bill Pay.

New to Xpress Bill Pay is GUEST CHECKOUT; just follow the link and all you need is your account number and last name on the account for a quick and easy way to pay your bill.

Drop-Off or Mailed Payments

Payments can be brought to Kenai City Hall during regular business hours, put in the drop box outside City Hall, or mailed to 210 Fidalgo Ave, Kenai, AK 99611.

Payments are collected from the drop box every morning at 8:00 a.m. Please remember to include your account number or service address with all payments. If you are submitting payment for more than one account, please indicate the amount to be applied to each account.
