Plans & Assessments

The City of Kenai's Planning & Zoning Department is responsible for the development and guided implementation of various plans. Plans range from the City's Comprehensive Plan to specialized plans for Parks & Recreation and the Airport. Plans are updated as needed to remain relevant for the current development needs of the City.
