The City of Kenai’s 10th Annual Fall Pumpkin Festival is happening Saturday, October 11th at Softball Greenstrip — a FREE community event you won’t want to miss!
We’re excited to welcome the cool fall weather, sip warm beverages, and delight in all things pumpkin, fall, and fun. From pumpkin painting to hayrides, food trucks to the famous pumpkin drop — this day will be packed with festive activities for the whole family!

Ongoing (12–3 PM): Food Vendors, Crafts, and Activities
Special Times
12:00–1:30 PM – Contest pumpkin check-in
1:50 PM – Contest winners announced
2:00 PM – Pumpkin Drop from Fire Truck
2:00–3:00 PM – Pumpkin pick-up (display ends 3:15 PM)
PUMPKIN DECORATING CONTEST PARTICIPANTS:
While supplies last, the Kenai Community Library will give away FREE pumpkins from October 8th to 10th to youth aged 18 and under interested in customizing a pumpkin for the No-Carve Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Limited to one pumpkin per youth participant. Artists of all ages are invited to decorate and display pumpkins at the festival. For full contest details, check out the instructions below!
