2023 Conditional Use Permit Applications
Per Kenai Municipal Code 14.20.150(c), Conditional Use Permit applications and plans shall be posted to the City’s website at time of publication of the Planning & Zoning Commission packet.
Current applications are listed below with their current status.
- Applications PENDING will be on the agenda of the next Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
- Applications that are APPROVED or DENIED by the Commission are able to be appealed through the Clerk's Office within 15 days of their approval/denial date.
