Kenai Community Survey

The City of Kenai is conducting a community survey to learn more about resident satisfaction with City services, quality of life, and community priorities. 

The Administration worked with Probolsky Research, an independent research firm, to conduct the the survey. The survey was conducted October 17 - November 12, 2025 using consumer databases.  Probolsky texted, emailed, and mailed residents. Security measures precluded individuals from completing the survey more than once. 

Three hundred (300) responses were received with a margin of error of +/- 5.8% and the results of the survey are available below. Participants match the demographics of City of Kenai Residents. The survey results were presented to the Kenai City Council on December 17, 2025 and may be viewed at the following link:  Community Survey Results

Because the survey uses a random sampling method rather than a self-selected approach, not every resident was contacted. However an open-link survey will be conducted after the Christmas holiday.
