This project will refinish the recreation center gym floor and racquetball courts. Existing wood strip floors will be sanded, new markings applied, with a final clear coat finish. Contractors shall provide a submittal for their preferred manufacturers product line of floor finishing products intended for athletic wood floors. Manufacturers installation instructions shall be followed.
