Invitation to Bid (ITB) - Kenai Municipal Airport 2024 ARFF Building Rehabilitation

Bids Due Date:  August 13, 2024, no later than 12:00pm

This project will address aging and deficient HVAC equipment including the replacement of two existing boilers and associated controls at the ARFF facility located at 515 N. Willow St.  Funding for this project is provided with assistance from the Federal Aviation Administration, with grant requirements included within the bid documents.  Project is anticipated to take 210 calendar days to complete.
