Join us for a final public Open Skate at the Kenai Multi-Purpose Facility before the rink closes for the season!
This event is open to all ages and skill levels. Complimentary hot cocoa will be available to enjoy off the ice. Free skate rentals will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. A limited number of skate assists will also be available.
The MPF rink is an indoor/outdoor-style facility, so dressing in layers is recommended. A warming area will be available for putting on skates, and heated restrooms are available on site.
Open Skate Guidelines
- Hockey sticks and pucks are not permitted during open skate sessions.
- Skaters must travel in the direction designated by staff.
- Horseplay, racing, weaving through skaters, intentionally sliding, or other unsafe behavior is prohibited.
