Board of Adjustment

The Kenai City Council will convene as the Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at Kenai City Hall in Council Chambers, 210 Fidalgo Avenue, Kenai, Alaska. The following will be heard by the Board:

• Appeal of a Planning and Zoning Commission Action Denying an Application of a Variance Permit for a Marijuana Retail Store to be Located at 11888 Kenai Spur Hwy., #3, Kenai, Alaska.
• Appeal of a Planning and Zoning Commission Action Denying an Application for a Conditional Use Permit to Troy and Sandra Millhouse to Operate a Retail Marijuana Store Located at 11888 Kenai Spur Hwy., #3, Kenai, Alaska.

The public is invited to attend and testimony will be taken. Any questions may be directed to the Kenai City Clerk's Office at 907-283-8231 or cityclerk@kenai.city.
