Traveler Information

There is an ATM located in the lobby, directly across from the boarding Gates. 

If you lost an item while traveling through ENA, CLICK HERE. Lost and Found items are kept for approximately 60 days before being donated or disposed of. 

If you are missing bags or for items lost on an aircraft, please contact the airline directly.

Luggage carts are located in the terminal lobby area. Please be courteous and return luggage carts to the terminal after use.

Parking for travelers is $8 per 24-hour period and is located directly adjacent to the terminal. 

What to do:

• Note your parking stall number (# 1 - 200) when you park
• Pay with cash or card on the parking machine located inside the departure foyer
• A receipt will be printed stating the date/ time your parking expires with your stall #

If you cannot pay with exact change, the machine will print a refund slip, and you can receive a refund at the Airport Administration office located inside the terminal in Suite 200.

If you need to extend your parking due to a delay, you can pay over the phone with a card by calling the Airport Vehicle Parking Hotline at 907.283.8284.

Annual parking is available from July 1 - June 30 at a rate of $800 (plus $30 tax) and is subject to availability. Please call the Airport Vehicle Parking Hotline or come by the Airport Administration office to inquire.

Parking for the cafe, bar, or gift shop is located on the south side of the terminal.

2-hour parking is free and is located in the first 2 rows directly across from the terminal.
