The City of Kenai hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide health & life insurance benefits consulting to the City.  The effective date of this contract shall be from the date of award to December 31, 2023 with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods, upon mutual consent by the successful proposer and the City of Kenai.
