Written Testimony
Written testimony is encouraged. You may submit your comments by sending an email to city_council@kenai.city. Please indicate in the subject line which agenda item you are providing written testimony. Examples: Ordinance or Resolution number, agenda item # or description of subject. The agenda is available below.
Telephonic/Virtual Testimony
To sign-up for in-person, telephonic, or virtual testimony call (283-8231) or email (cityclerk@kenai.city) the City Clerk’s Office.
You will need to provide your name and which item(s) you wish to testify for; the agenda is available below.

What to Expect When Testifying
Public testimony will be heard first from citizens in the order in which they have signed up, and then comments from all others. Please note: If you do not respond when called on we will move to the next person on list.
When the Mayor calls your name, you will be asked to state your name and provide your address for the record; then your 3 minutes will begin.
