How to Provide Testimony
Written Testimony
Written testimony is encouraged. You may submit your comments by sending an email to city_council@kenai.city. Please indicate in the subject line which agenda item you are providing written testimony. Examples: Ordinance or Resolution number, agenda item # or description of subject. The agenda is available below.
In-Person/Virtual/Telephonic Testimony
You will be asked to state your name and whether you are a resident of the City of Kenai; then your 3 minutes will begin.
Registration Required for Virtual/Telephonic Testimony
The City will be using Zoom for telephonic and virtual access. Registration is required to join the meeting remotely through Zoom. Please use the following link to register:
