What to Expect When Testifying

Public testimony will be taken in the following order: 1) public who are in attendance, 2) public who are participating virtually using their computer, 3) public who are participating telephonically.  Those participating virtually can identify their intent to testify using the chat feature of GoToMeeting.  Once the Mayor has worked through those attending in person and virtually, the Mayor will ask for testimony from those participating telephonically by asking you to state your name.  When the Mayor calls your name, you will be asked to state your name and provide your address for the record; then your 3 minutes will begin.
