The Kenai City Council will convene as the Board of Adjustment on Friday, July 23, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 210 Fidalgo Avenue, Kenai. The following will be heard at that time:
Appeal Filed by Dean Schlehofer, Appealing the Decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission to Deny a Conditional Use Permit, to Applicant Dean Schlehofer to operate Lodging at 345 Dolchok Lane, Kenai, AK.
