If you are missing your animal, please submit a report using our new lost animal report. If you have a photo of your animal you can submit it towards the end of the report.

Section 4 - REQUEST TO POST ANIMAL ON CITY OF KENAI WEBSITE
The Kenai Animal Shelter will keep an internal file with the information provided above. If you would like for the Kenai Animal Shelter staff to post information about your lost animal on the City of Kenai Animal Control webpage, you will need to submit your initials below. We will post owner first name, animal name, animal sex, and contact detail of your choice. I request the Kenai Animal Shelter staff post information about my lost animal on the City of Kenai Website. I acknowledge that the name of my animal, animal sex, my first name and contact detail of my choice will be posted.

Section 5 - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REPORT RETENTION
I understand that this report will be held as an active file with the Kenai Animal Shelter for a period of 30 days. If I wish for this report to remain active past 30 days, it is my responsibility to file the report again as a “Report Renewal.” All reports will be marked as completed after 30 days.
