Animal Control provides shelter operations, public education services, adoption programs, rabies shot clinics, animal euthanasia and enforcement of municipal animal codes.

 VOLUNTEERING:  If you are interested in volunteering at the Kenai Animal Shelter please read the below Volunteer Guide, Volunteer Application, and Volunteer Release of Liability Agreement. To start the application process you can turn in the completed Volunteer Application to the Kenai Animal Shelter. Paper copies of the forms are available at the Kenai Animal Shelter.  Contact the Animal Shelter with any questions on volunteering.
